What is Eid-ul-Fitr?
Basically 'Eid-ul-fitr' is an Arabic language word which means "Feast of Breaking (The Fast)". Eid-ul-fitr is an great important religious holiday rewarded by Allah Almighty and celebrated by Muslims worldwide, Eid-ul-Fitr marks at the end of month of Ramadan Kareem, Ramadan Kareem is the Beautiful Islamic holy month of fasting.
Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated at 1st of Shawwal (Another Islamic Month Come After The Month Of Ramadan). Muslims are not permitted fast on Eid day. This day is just for celebrating.
It is the day when we meet over loved ones,sharing our happiness with them and celebrating eid with them.Some people sent eid cards to their relatives.
